Plan your movie around the theme "Learning is Fun" and in one of the following genres:

• DOCUMENTARY
  Mini-Documentaries
  School Events etc.
  
• EXPERIMENTAL
  Non-Narrative Films
  Music Videos etc.

• SHORT FICTIONAL STORY

Start creating your movie masterpiece, making sure it is:

• 3 Minutes of Movie Mastery
  Each movie entry must be no more than 3 minutes in length. Movie footage beyond the 3 minute mark will not be viewed.
  
  
• With a 30-Second "The Making-Of"
  A 30 second presentation is to be tagged after the movie, explaining how the movie was developed and produced.
  
  
• In Approved Media Format
  Submit your movie in a DVD-CD ROM format and accompanied by a short synopsis describing your masterpiece
